We are looking for someone who can provide overall
staff direction and guidance to forepersons while maximizing
productivity for each project, supervise total operations
effort, and assist with estimating efforts to ensure that
projects are constructed in accordance with the budget and
schedule. 5 to 7 years of experience in the asphalt
related industry, project management experience
and a high school degree or equivalent.
Lab Technician – Akron asphalt emulsion plant
Lab technician will assist lab manager in testing finished products. Previous lab experience
in asphalt or comparable industry is required.
Paving Foreman – Mars
Previous leadership experience a plus.
Plant Manager, Richmond, VA
The RSC Plant Manager will be responsible for the daily operations and management of the emulsion asphalt plant and
employees. Incumbent will work with Regional Emulsion Plant Manager to determine product needs and will manage quality
control and costing.

- Operation of all aspects of asphalt emulsion plant
- Assist with developing new business and growing sales and production
- Maintaining business relationships
- Quality and cost control
- Dispatching
- Employee management and development
Qualifications
- Experience as an Asphalt Emulsion Plant Manager
- Extensive product knowledge. Must have proven track record of successful plant operations and profitability.
- EPA compliance
- Great customer service skills
- Knowledge of asphalt emulsion manufacturing and asphalt emulsion uses
- Employee management – knowledge of procedures for employment actions such as hiring, training and employee relations
