FB Modified paving material is a multi purpose product for use on existing streets and roadways. The material can be used as either Binder or Wearing course. No chip seal is required to seal the surface. This material is highly flexible and can be used where more rigid pavements fail because of its resiliency. This material will perform well on roads with below standard and weak base courses. The material remains very elastic and pliable at temperatures ranging from 32 degrees Fahrenheit to 100 degrees Fahrenheit and yet yields a durable, long lasting surface.
