Lamar White Memorial Fund

The LaMar White Fund is a nonprofit charity organization created in 2007 in memory of D. LaMar White who died tragically on June 25, 2007. LaMar was an employee of Russell Standard's Hammaker East Division located in Fayetteville, PA.

The LaMar White Fund is only able to offer these services because of the generosity of our financial partners, our employees. As a 501 (C) (3) charitable organization, the LaMar White Fund primarily relies on individual donations to help fund the programs. By donating to the Fund, employees can feel confident that their entire financial gift goes directly to employees in need of shelter, food, clothing or funeral expenses. The Company will also automatically match employee donations between $25 and $1000. Contributors to the LaMar White fund may be eligible to claim tax deductions for their donations.

Fund donations are intended to provide help to employees who are victims of disasters or other emergency hardship situations. The type and amount of financial assistance depends on the employee's individual needs and resources. The LaMar White Fund board of directors is responsible for making an assessment as to whether the recipient is financially in need. After a disaster or emergency, employees may lack the resources needed to obtain basic necessities.
