For generations to come, Americans will be driving on the asphalt Russell Standard lays today. Russell Standard is continually undertaking new construction projects throughout the region and outside of the state. Some of our more recent projects include a $20 million highway rehabilitation contract on I-79 in Erie County, a $3 million road improvement, parking lot and drainage project in Moraine State Park, Subcontractor service on two separate sections of the new Mon Valley Expressway, and contract service on the Pennsylvania Turnpike.
