Polymerized Asphalt Surface Sealer, P.A.S.S.™ is an emulsion of a highly elastic polymer modified blend of a rejuvenation agent and an asphalt. P.A.S.S.™ has enhanced low and high temperature properties. P.A.S.S.™ resists low temperature cracking, as well as maintains and restores asphalt pavements without cracking or bleeding. A seal utilizing P.A.S.S.™ gives the following advantages with a simple application: it rejuvenates asphalt, seals asphalt, fills cracks, provides a wearing course, resists future cracking, provides a membrane to resist reflective cracking and is economical.

Scrub Seal is a process that combines the unique characteristics of P.A.S.S.™ with readily available aggregate and a specially designed drag broom. The process provides an economical treatment that fills cracks, rejuvenates worn asphalt pavement and provides a durable wearing course. All of the above is accomplished with a single procedure and often at a considerable lower cost than conventional crack sealing operations. P.A.S.S.™ scrub seals are also used to provide a membrane with resistance to reflective cracking.
